Not His Werewolf is book two in the Not This series by Annie Nicholas. The covers are cute and story is insta-mates. Each book in this series can be read as a stand-alone, but I’ve notice set ups for next books or reviles of things that happened in other books plus previous characters pop up/5.

Contrary to his mild, easy-going persona in the prior book in the series, he's quite the businessman and enforcer in this tale. Right off the bat as the story begins, he meets and recognizes his soulmate, Betty. The only problem is that, although part werewolf, she's never been able to shift, and therefore has been declared human/5().

The Werewolf and His Boy is wonderful. Once I began reading, I could hardly put it down. In fact, I found myself annoyed when setting the book aside was necessary.

Every element is just right, and all work together to truly produce genuine wonder along with a roller coaster ride of emotions/5(5). All in all, the biggest flaw is that the author does not name his sources unlike in his previous werewolf-book, which makes it very hard to know where he actually has it from and how valid his sources and/or his statements are.
